Catholic Mindfulness, developed by Dr. Gregory Bottaro, "integrates cutting edge research on how to get control of your mood, mind, and life with deeply Catholic spirituality." This faith-based integration helps people not only experience the benefits of mindfulness but also a deep peace, less worry, and more trust in God. Dr. Greg has developed an 8-week online course, Introduction to Catholic Mindfulness.

ONLINE MEN'S SUPPORT GROUP FOR PORNOGRAPHY AND SEXUAL ADDICTION
Dr. Greg Bottaro with the CatholicPsych Institute is beginning a support group for men struggling with pornography and sex addiction. These groups will be time limited, meeting twice per week for 8 weeks at a time. Men will be expected to commit to 8 weeks, and then have the option to continue participation in 8 week segments. Cost will be minimal ($50/month) to join. The psychoeducational component will be based on an integration of Facing the Shadows by Pat Carnes, the Theology of the Body, and the Catholicpsych Model of Being Human developed by Dr. Greg Bottaro. Shame and guilt keep many men from seeking help. This group is discreet and privacy is respected. Sign up/more information at www.catholicpsych.com/men
